Any person wishing to apply for membership in the American Manchester Terrier Club may apply by downloading the form here. Instructions for filling out the application form are noted on the form.

Dues payment, as noted on the form, must accompany your application. Incomplete forms will be returned to you.
Mail completed, signed and dated forms, your personal and #1 sponsor letters and dues payment to:
